Rudolph Friedmann LLP Named 2013 U.S. Top Ranked Law Firm
Rudolph Friedmann LLP is pleased to announce that we have been named a 2013 U.S. Top Ranked Law Firm by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. This honor is awarded annually to firms with a minimum of 10 attorneys, at least 1/3 of which have achieved an AV Preeminent peer review rating. Rudolph Friedmann currently has five partners who have earned this designation: Jim Rudolph, Bob Shaer, Jon Friedmann, Mike Tracy, and Jim Singer.
Martindale-Hubbell is a one hundred and forty year old legal directory and rating service. Its peer review ratings are compiled from surveys sent directly to a lawyer’s colleagues in the legal community, who are asked to rate their peers on both ethics and legal acumen. Attorneys who meet the “Very High” criteria for ethical standards are rated from 1-5 on their legal acumen, with an AV Preeminent rating awarded to those attorneys who receive an average of 4.5 or higher.

Jim Rudolph was recently appointed to the Marblehead Zoning Board of Appeals. Several years ago, he chaired the Swampscott Zoning Board of Appeals for 5 years before he was a Swampscott Selectman. Jim also was recently elected as a Commissioner of the Essex National Heritage Commission.
Ashley Green was recently admitted to the Bar of United States Supreme Court. She was also elected to a five year term of the Board of Directors of the New England Law/Boston-Alumni Association.
Rudolph Friedmann LLP was recently retained to assist the Atlantis Charter School with a new expansion project in Fall River, Massachusetts. RF attorney, Jocelyn Campbell, is counsel to charter schools in the area of public procurement and will work with the school to ensure compliance with the procurement laws during the acquisition and renovation of its new space where they expect to accommodate approximately 1,000 students. Rudolph Friedmann LLP also represents charters school in the areas of board advisement, special education and employment law.
New Employee of the Firm
Bobby Rudolph has joined the firm as an Associate. Bobby graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School in May and was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar on November 30, 2012. He also graduated cum laude from Colby College, where he was an economics major, and from Governor Dummer Academy. Bobby will work in the litigation department and also handle some business and real estate transactions. In his spare time Bobby likes to ski, sail and golf.
