Rudolph Friedmann is pleased to announce Alexander Tsianatelis has been named a partner at the firm. A seasoned transactional attorney, Alex focuses his practice on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, residential real estate sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, financings, development and leasing. He has experience representing both sides of each of these transactions and represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers. Alex is also experienced in corporate law and entity formation, which go hand in hand with these transactions.
With a track record of negotiating numerous complex multi-million-dollar transactions, Alex has led due diligence efforts, handled contract drafting, resolved complex title issues and successfully settled numerous contentious contract claims. His negotiation skills, creative solutions and well-honed dispute resolution strategies have resulted in the favorable resolutions of numerous high value claims for the firm’s clients, allowing them to avoid the time and expense of litigation and the opportunity to focus on developing and growing their business. In addition, Alex’s vast commercial law experience and project management expertise allow him to advise clients regarding compliance and legal requirements.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex practiced at a boutique Boston law firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate. He also served as General Counsel to a privately held holding company for the investment, development and operation of residential and commercial real estate. Before that, Alex served as legal counsel for a privately held holding company owning and operating prominent New England sports teams; the facilities in which they competed, a 1.3 million square-foot mixed-use development; and numerous other ventures, where he handled real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and business operations and maintenance contract drafting and negotiations.
Alex received a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College and a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law.
