Brian has advised corporations, limited liability companies and non-profit organizations working on ventures in a wide range of industries including professional services, food services, real estate brokerage, real estate development, digital marketing and new media, data and technology, and fantasy sports and sports gaming. Brian received a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2012 with a business law concentration and a B.A. from Stonehill College in 1997.
